The thick haze from the devastating west coast wildfires finally dissipated after a handful of much-needed rain storms, finally giving us a glimpse of blue sky and a breath of fresh air. Located at 910 East First Street, A Bite of Newberg is offering some great eats during its third season. A short six-minute walk from George Fox University’s Stevens Center, this food truck pod is the perfect place for students to grab some great, flavorful food. Currently, there are six food trucks offering a wide selection of ethnic specialties.

Academic Advice
As you go through the semester stress levels often seem to increase. There are, however, many easy ways to limit or handle stress. First, avoid caffeine, which will keep you up at night and may hurt more than help, as you need sleep for your brain to process and your body to function at top-notch.
